Thunder, rain and possible tornado weather plus a consumer grade Cisco Cable Modem failure hit at the same time, relatively speaking. The Cisco modem went back to its maker. New modem is a ARRIS WBM760 that has a normal User Interface. Cisco added the Suit Design It Feature -- no UI for displaying modem status.
